If I were a pirate ...

It has been an exciting "Pirate week" in Room 20 so far this week. We have decorated ourselves as pirates and wrote about "If I were a pirate". 

If I were a pirate I would be called Pirate Z and I love stealing treasure and I am very mean.

The Amazing Race Production

Room 20 did a fantastic job performing at our school production - 'The Amazing Race'. We have been practising our "I like to move it" dance all term and got to perform it in front of an audience twice yesterday. The children did an amazing job and should be very proud of themselves. Here are a few photos from the shows:

Monsters Lunch

This week we have been reading the big book "Monster's Lunch".

In the story the monster had worms and snails in his lunchbox and all the children thought this was gross! Andrea had a special surprise for the Room 20 children on friday. They had to close their eyes and then eat what was put in their hands. Do you know what it was?

Yes...worms! But these ones were delicious and sour.
